HATFIELD, Pa. – Long Island’s Team 91 swept the first three championships today at the USBoxLa Northeast Regionals at BucksMont Sports Center, north of Philadelphia.

Team 91 defeated Patriot (N.J.), 6-3 in the JV championship game as Jensen Corabi (Half Hollow Hills West) scored twice and Jordan Ginder (Poly Prep) dominated at the face-off X while Frank Marinello (Chaminade) and Mike Gomez (Half Hollow Hills East) led the defense and Noah Cohen (Hewlett) excelled in goal.

Both teams along with third-place finisher Fusion 2017 (PA), advance to the USBoxla National in early August in Colorado.

The Elite HS championship was held later in the day.

In the 2019 Division final, team 91 toppled North Stars (PA), 10-2. Tri-State (N.J.) earned the final Northeast seed into Nationals with a 14-6 win over Patriot (N.J.).

Team91 also won the 2020 title with a 7-4 win over BLT (MD). Fusion 2020 took third place with a 5-4 win over South Jersey BBL.
