What will you major in/study? Business
Why did you choose Detroit Mercy? “Detroit has a lot to offer athletically and academically. The city of Detroit is fantastic and there is always a lot going on. The coaches are all really great and really care about there players. The MACC is a great conference and they are always competing for a MACC championship. Also my line mate and good friend Connor Bennardo is going to UDM, and I love playing with him.”
Thoughts on this past season/outlook for next season? “Last season was a great year for my team we just missed the playoffs but it was the first time our school beat top programs that we played last year. We had a new coach last year and I think he did a great job making us a strong team.
“Next year teams are going to have to prepare for us. I’m very excited for next season. I believe my team is going to do great things. Our offense is returning a lot of great players and dangerous threats on the field.
“Last year we just missed the playoffs, so next year is going to be very important to me and I am going to do all I can to lead and help my team to the playoffs and beyond.”
Thank You: “I would like to say thanks to all my coaches Brain Proctor, Justin Arini, Rich Petillo, Craig Majid, and Glenn Lavey. They all helped me throughout my career and taught me many things about the game and made me better in so many ways.
“I would also like to thank my family for supporting me in my decision and always being there for me.
“Lastly I want to say thanks to all my teammates, they made me a better player and without them I wouldn’t be the player I am today.”
Other schools considered: Tampa, Dowling, Cortland, Lynn
