What will you major in/study? Education

Why did you choose Stony Brook? “The academic support for athletes was a big factor along with a great coaching staff and beautiful campus that’s close to home.”

Thoughts on last season/outlook for next season? “I thought we had a great team last year and our season ended earlier than we expected. This upcoming season we will have a lot of returning guys and hope to make a run during the playoffs.”

Thank You: “I would like to thank my High School coach, Steve DiPietro and the rest of the South Side lacrosse coaching staff for all they’ve done for me and the opportunities they’ve given me.

“I would also like to thank Coach Steve Serling for teaching me new techniques that have helped me improve my game and always pushing me to be the best I can be.

“I would like to thank my first PAL coaches Mike O’Reilly and Chris White whose love for the game was contagious.

“Last but not least I would like to thank my parents and my older brother for always supporting me through this process. I wouldn’t be where I am without them and I couldn’t be more appreciative of them.”

Other schools considered: Adelphi, Sacred Heart, Saint Joseph’s and Hartford
