Level 2 Sports, organizer of the annual Brine National Lacrosse Classic and Brogden Cup for the past seven years, is pleased to introduce its first-ever Laxplosion.

The two-day youth lacrosse tournament for U13 and U11 boys and girls will be held on June 28 and 29 at the Maryland Soccerplex in Boyds, MD, one of the finest sports venues in the country and home to the Brine National Lacrosse Classic that will be held immediately afterwards from June 30 – July 3.laxplosion

Supported by nationally recognized brands such as Brine and Gatorade, Laxplosion is geared for youth lacrosse players seeking the best playing experience with age-appropriate rules, experience game officials and certified athletic trainers.

Teams from U13 and U11 divisions will play a minimum of five games on regulation size, illuminated turf fields, and players and their families will also enjoy the Brine FanZone, sports nutrition drinks provided by Gatorade, free promotional giveaways, and more.

Registration is an affordable $995 per team, and Laxplosion is limited to a select number of teams. To secure a spot, registrations must be received before April 1.

“At Level 2 Sports, we’re passionate about youth and high school lacrosse,” said Level 2 Sports director Joel Franklin. “Laxplosion has allowed us to take the sport we love to the next level, by offering a unique opportunity for 8- to 12-year-old boys and girls to experience camaraderie, competition and training through our pro clinics.

“Laxplosion really outscores anything that’s out there right now, and we’re looking forward to welcoming our inaugural group of youth athletes to this fun, family-friendly event.”
