Girls’ lacrosse: Oyster Bay launches new program with 20-8 victory

Hannah Kaiser scored five goals and added two assists while Vanessa Yu had three goals and scored the first goal in the history of the Oyster Bay girls’ lacrosse as the Lady Baymen routed host Great Neck South, 20-8, in their first game ever.

Rebecca Layne had four goals and two assists, Nicole Hauser had two goals and two assists and Cailyn Cook scored twice.

Noelle D’Aversa posted four saves for the win in goal.

Sammy Rickey had five goals for Great Neck South.
