Girls’ recruit: Garden City junior goalie Carpentier commits to George Mason

Garden City junior goalie Taylor Carpentier has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at George Mason University.

What will you major in/study: Undecided

Why did you choose school: “I choose George Mason because right when I stepped on campus I knew it was the school for me. I was able to compete there academically as well. The girls made me feel apart of the team right when I got there and I felt the coaching style would be the most successful school for me and the team.”

Outlook for your high school team:
“We will be fighting for our eighth consecutive state championship, which i feel is possible. I know that girls will step up to help us reach our final goal.”
