Sachem East junior attackman Jason DeBenedictis has made a commitment to play Division I lacrosse at St. John’s University.

Why did you choose St. John’s? “I chose this school because I felt comfortable with the coaching staff, I love the campus, and it is not too far from home so my family can come to all my home games.”

Outlook for your high school team? “We are going to be very good this year with a high powered offense and we hope to make a strong push for a Suffolk County Championship.”
