Why did you choose the school? “I already knew Coach (Shannon) Smith through my travel team, Long Island Top Guns, and so that gave me an insight to her coaching style. I love the way she coaches and how she makes every player feel important. Also, I fell in love with the school as well as the girls on the team. They’re all so nice and really know how to make you feel right at home.”
What is your HS team’s outlook for next season? “Last year my team was able to go all the way to counties and even though we didn’t win, we ended the season with an amazing record of 17-2. I know that we can take the talent that we have a put it to good use this year once again. My teammates are great and with our team chemistry and skills, I know that we can make it all the way to States.”
Other comments: “Not only am I excited to be continuing my lacrosse and academic career at Hofstra, but I get to watch my twin brother play at West Point as well.”
