Manhasset junior defenseman Austin Orlando has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Boston University.

Why did you choose BU? “I chose BU because of its city-like atmosphere and what it has to offer the students. The coaches were also a huge factor.”

What is your outlook for the 2013 HS lacrosse season? “Manhasset is looking forward to winning the Nassau County Championship this year and moving towards another State Championship.”
