Applications are being accepted for what has quickly emerged as a nationally-recognized summer recruiting event, the National Invitational 175 Summer Showcase.
This selective, invitation-only high school showcase will be held in Upstate New York on July 29th – 31st, 2013. The inaugural showcase in 2012 was very well attended by many of the elite lacrosse players and many of the top programs in the country.
Elite players in the classes of 2014, 2015 and 2016, that are interested in attending the showcase can click here to access more information on the National Invitational 175 Showcase website or click here to apply through a quick form.
There is no charge to apply. After you submit your application, you will need to forward the link to a coach that knows you and your ability so that he can provide a recommendation on your behalf.
Upon receiving your application and your coach’s recommendation, your application will be complete and you will be placed into a pool of candidates that will be considered for invitations.
The applications take only a few minutes to complete. The cut-off to submit your application will be October 15th, 2012.
Anyone not applied by then will be placed onto a wait list. On October 20th, the National Invitational 175 summer showcase will send out its invitations to those players deemed most deserving and skilled enough to attend this showcase.
Players invited will need to then register and pay on or before October 27th to secure their spot.
The showcase is expected to attract coaches from well over 50 college programs in Division I and Division III based on last year’s event and interest in this Fall’s National Invitational Fall Select in November.
