Massapequa rising senior midfielder/attackman Paul Bentz has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Stony Brook University.

Why did you choose Stony Brook? “Stony Brook is a great fit for me; the academics, the coaching staff and the location are a perfect match.”

Outlook for 2013 HS season: “My teamates and I are looking forward to another run in the playoffs.”

Other comments: “I’d like to thank my parents and my brother and sister for all their support through my high School career. I would also like to thank coach Radomski, Coach O’Brien, Coach Sheehan and Coach Draper for teaching me how to become a better lacrosse player and person.”
