St. Anthony’s rising senior midfield-attackman Drew Custance has committed to play Division I lacrosse at Providence College.

What will you major in/study? Undecided
Why did you choose Providence? “I chose Providence because I will get a great education and have an opportunity to play top level lacrosse in the Big East. I liked the coaches immediately and I was impressed with the plans they have for the future. The campus is beautiful and I felt comfortable right a way.”
Outlook for your high school team next season? “St. Anthony’s is such a strong program that we are hoping to have another great year and compete for the championship.”
Additional Comments: “I would like to thank my St. Anthony’s Coach Keith Wieczorek and Coach Winkoff from FLG for all their help. I would like to say a special thanks to Coach Schreiber for training me and for his sense of humor. I would like to thank my parents most of all for always pushing me and helping me.”
