Garden City rising junior goalie Danny Dolan has committed to play Division I lacrosse at the University of Massachusetts.

What will you major in/study? Business Management
Why did you choose UMass? “I was looking for a school with both strong academic and lacrosse programs, in a good location. Coach (Greg) Cannella, Coach (Brian) Jacovina, and Coach (Doc) Schneider made me feel very comfortable when I went to visit UMass. I knew it was the right place for me.”
Outlook for 2013 HS season? “We want to win another Nassau County Championship, make another run for States.”

Additional Comments: “Coach Finnell and Coach Jacovina at Garden City HS have helped me to adjust to a higher level of play on Varsity last season. My Outlaws Coach, Pat Brennan, has helped me tremendously since 5th grade.”
