The last week of the regular season ended with Manhasset (11-4) making its mark. The Indians handed Farmingdale (14-1) its first loss and served Garden City (10-5) its fifth defeat. This moved Manhasset back into the rankings, dropping North Shore (12-3) out after it lost to Cold Spring Harbor (13-2).

Farmingdale wasn’t down for long, bouncing back defeating their longtime rival Massapequa (13-2) in its last game of the regular season. Sacred Heart (15-2) suffering its second loss of the season to St. No. 1 Anthony’s (14-1). Ward Melville (15-1) was the only undefeated team left until Tuesday when it was shocked by West Babylon (13-3). Bay Shore (15-1) is still playing strong.

This week playoffs start so there are plenty of key games to keep an eye on. Some of them include Herricks at Manhasset today, Floral Park at South Side today. East Meadow at Farmingdale on Wednesday, Hicksville at Massapequa on Wednesday, Suffolk County doesn’t start until Friday, but the top seeds have a bye.
