With only a handful of games remaining before the playoffs, the fourth week of the Long Island boys’ rankings at has Garden City retaining its No. 1 ranking. The Trojans and No. 2 Chaminade are the only two remaining undefeated teams in our top 10.

Three Suffolk teams, West Islip, Smithtown West and Comsewogue, currently share identical 11-1 records. Shoreham-Wading River gained a tie for the 10th spot with Ward Melville based on its 12-7 victory over Comsewogue on April 24, though they lost to Garden City (who doesn’t?), four days later.

No. 3 St. Anthony’s goes on the road to play Catholic League rival St. John the Baptist on May 3. Top-ranked Garden City hosts No. 9 Manhasset on May 5.
