Devin Kelly log:

Devin Kelly

High School: Miller Place High School

Graduation Year: 2013

Position: Attack

College Choice: Quinnipiac University

Club Affiliation: Long Island Top Guns

Major lacrosse honors: 2012 Elite 120 Showcase

Academic honors: National Honor Society, High Honor Roll, Foreign Language Honor Society

What will you major in/study? Education or Occupational Therapy

Why did you choose Quinnipiac? “I chose Quinnipiac because everything about the university was perfect for me. I loved the campus, the team, the coaches, and the environment. Between athletics and academics, Quinnipiac is the total package.”

What is your HS team’s outlook for the season? “Although we graduated a few key players, we have most of our starters returning this year and I am very hopeful for a successful season. With no goalies returning, our biggest challenge as a team will be goaltending and protecting our goalie. We have all been working extremely hard throughout the off-season, and as long as we stay positive and have faith in each other, I am very confident that our team can be successful and make playoffs.”

Additional comments: “I would like to thank my parents, coaches Bill and Shannon Smith, and my high school coach Kerri Finn.”
