What will you major in/study? “I intend on double majoring in Physical Education and Athletic Training.”
Why did you choose SUNY Cortland? I chose SUNY Cortland because not only does it have a great lacrosse program, but it’s well-known for both Physical Education and Athletic Training as majors. I’ve always been told that if I wanted to major in this, then Cortland is the school for me. So, with my education in mind and my love for lacrosse, Cortland sounded like the perfect fit.
What is your HS team’s outlook for next year? “My high school team’s outlook for this upcoming season is very positive. We are returning 10 of our 12 starters and we hope to return to the semifinals. We have a challenging schedule ahead of us, but we are determined to work hard and have a great season. We are all very excited for the season to start and we all want to go far in playoffs.”
Additional comments: “I’d like to thank both Joe Fanning and Kurt Dankenbrink. Both coaches have helped me to become the player I am today. They both taught me so much about lacrosse and without them, I don’t believe I would’ve been able to commit to Cortland. Lastly, I’d like to thank my parents for always supporting me and bringing me to all of my lacrosse games and practices.”
