Attackman Matt Kavanagh (Chaminade/Hotchkiss School, CT post-grad) scored six goals and added three assists, attackman Connor Buczek scored six goals and Tyler Barbarich won 13 of 17 faceoffs as Team USA opened its preparations for the National championships by defeating a group of Dallas-area All-Stars, 26-4, Saturday night.
The game was held in conjunction with the Dick’s Lone Star Shootout at Five Star Park in The Colony, Texas.

The US will compete this July in the 2012 Federation of International Lacrosse (FIL) U19 Men’s World Championships in Turku, Finland.
