Why did you choose UVA? “I wanted to go to a school where I could be challenged academically and athletically, and UVA was that perfect fit. The area, the layout, and just that overall awesome feeling I get when I walk around campus just tied it all together. I’ve seen tons of coaches through camps but the UVA coaches want their team to play my kind of lacrosse. They won’t stop fighting till they come out with a victory. I can’t wait to start fighting with my team for that National Championship in 2014.”

What is your HS team’s outlook for next year? “The love for lacrosse in our school has been growing every season with every new teammate we get. We’ve been practicing with each other through the summer, fall, and soon our winter indoor season. Every single person on our team is pumped for the spring season and we know we’re going to go the farthest we’ve ever been this year.”

Additional Comments: “Thank you to all my coaches I’ve had throughout the years and the ones I still have! Also of course a gigantic thank you to my parents for driving me to so many states, practices, games, tournaments and wherever else lax has made me go. I would like to thank my parents for putting up with my craziness through it all and all my coaches for being there for me anytime, any day year-round.”
