Men’s commitment: Syosset junior goalie Feit commits to Johns Hopkins

Syosset junior goalie Ryan Feit has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Johns Hopkins University.

Position: Goalie
College Choice: Johns Hopkins
Lacrosse honors: All County, team captain as sophomore
Academic Honors: Honor Roll, Scholar Athlete award team
What will you major in/study? Economics

Why did you choose school?
“Hopkins was my choice because I knew it would make me a better person after I graduated and would prepare me for life after college.”

What is your HS team’s outlook for next year? “I think this year the team is looking as good as its ever looked. Our goal this year is to win the Nassau County championship, and we think that this is our year.”

Other comments: “I would like to thank my parents for all the years of driving me to all the practices and games, and for all their commitment to supporting me through everything. My brothers play a huge part in my lacrosse career because they both would shoot on me and make me a better player. And lastly I would like to thank all my teammates and my coaches from Syosset for their support and for all the hard work they put in to make me better each year.”
